Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes the Branding Editor, Payment & Shipping Rules, Divider, Custom Messaging, Terms & Agreement, Multi-language translations, and Analytics — with no payment method required. Upgrade at any time to unlock more blocks.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free to set up branding, payment & shipping rules, and compliance blocks at no cost. Upgrade to Starter ($29.99/mo) when you want upsells and conversion blocks. Move to Growth ($59.99/mo) to add post-purchase upsells, trust badges, and CTAs. Choose Pro ($99.99/mo) for advanced features like testimonials, surveys, line item ratings, and Feature Roadmap Workshops.
When am I charged?
A payment method is required to confirm a paid subscription, but you will not be charged until after the 14-day free trial ends. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription from Shopify Admin → Apps → Checkout Extensions → Billing. You won't be charged again after cancelling. Your store reverts to the Free plan.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Downgrading deactivates blocks from the higher plan — your configuration is preserved and can be reactivated if you upgrade again. You will see a confirmation prompt before any downgrade is processed.
Is the trial available if I switch plans?
The 14-day trial applies to each paid plan. If you start on Starter and upgrade to Growth or Pro, a new trial period applies.
Are there any usage limits?
No — all plans are unlimited in terms of orders, sessions, or checkout views. You pay a flat monthly fee.
