Blocks inside the checkout steps (checkout upsells, free gifts, free shipping bar, gift wrap and more) require Shopify Plus — this is a Shopify platform rule. Post-purchase upsells and Thank you / Order status page blocks work on every Shopify plan. Growth and Plus are offered to Shopify Plus stores; on other plans, Starter unlocks every block your store can use.
Billing FAQ
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes one post-purchase upsell offer, Payment & Shipping Rules, Order Validations, Custom Messaging, Divider, Terms & Agreement, Multi-language translations, and Analytics — with no payment method required. Upgrade at any time to unlock more blocks.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free with a post-purchase upsell, payment & shipping rules, and compliance blocks at no cost. Upgrade to Starter ($9.99/mo) for a second post-purchase offer, a post-purchase call to action, checkout upsells, and conversion blocks. On Shopify Plus, move to Growth ($19.99/mo) to add trust badges, CTAs, and payment icons, or Plus ($29.99/mo) for A/B testing, testimonials, surveys, and line item ratings.
When am I charged?
A payment method is required to confirm a paid subscription, but you will not be charged until after the 14-day free trial ends. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription from Shopify Admin → Apps → Checkout Extensions → Billing. You won't be charged again after cancelling. Your store reverts to the Free plan.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Downgrading deactivates blocks from the higher plan — your configuration is preserved and can be reactivated if you upgrade again. You will see a confirmation prompt before any downgrade is processed.
Is the trial available if I switch plans?
The 14-day trial applies to each paid plan. If you start on Starter and upgrade to Growth or Plus, a new trial period applies.
Are there any usage limits?
No — all plans are unlimited in terms of orders, sessions, or checkout views. You pay a flat monthly fee.
