Requirements
Before installing Checkout Extensions, make sure your Shopify store meets the following requirements.
Shopify Plus plan
Checkout UI extensions are a Shopify Plus exclusive feature. Your store must be on the Shopify Plus plan to render blocks inside the checkout flow.

Your store must be on the new checkout extensibility (not legacy checkout). Most Shopify Plus stores are already migrated. You can verify by going to Shopify Admin → Settings → Checkout and looking for the Checkout Customizer option.
Active app subscription
Start on the Free plan — no payment method needed. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Plus) include a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends. Blocks inside the checkout steps require Shopify Plus; post-purchase and Thank you page blocks work on every Shopify plan.
